EEC citycoco harley scooter with double removable battery design from Rooder Group

R804r is new design based on first generation citycoco r804, it comes with double seat, 1500watt stronger motor and removable battery, 12ah and 20ah battery optional. It passed EEC standard 168/2013 category Le1B as well as  VIN and COC paper for register for street legal using in Europe.
